Denver Market and Denver Days are Neighbors
This weekend the Denver Farmers Market will slide to the south side of Rock Springs School to the bus parking lot to make a spot for Denver Days.  Don't let this temporary change top you from visiting this wonderful market which is usually 20 vendors strong with 2 organic vendors, many traditional farmers, bakers, and artists.

Lincolnton Market is in for a treat when Luke Heafner brings his pottery to market this Saturday.

On your local plate, you can expect: collards, turnip greens, rape and mustard greens; all types of summer and fall squash; muscadines; pumpkins; tomato and cukes; honey, breads, jam & jelly; potatoes; cabbage and much more!

I was very excited to see Luke Saturday at the Farmers Market. I picked up a salt pig from him. I hadn't read this post until today so it was a surprise to me when I got there that morning. I love his pottery.
